Our Terms and Delivery Terms

These terms of purchase and delivery apply to private individuals and when purchasing goods on AnodeFactory.com 

Order and payment 

Anodefactory.se Is open 24 hours a day, so you can shop when it suits you. You choose the goods you want to buy and put them in the "cart". At the checkout, you can check that all information is correct as the price of the product, the number of goods and shipping fee. You can only order goods that are in stock. Any shipping fees and discounts are calculated before you are ready to pay. 

Once you have registered your order and received an order confirmation, we no longer have the opportunity to cancel your order, especially during high season. However, we always do our utmost to help you. Please contact our customer service for help with your case. 

Shipment options 

Your goods are sent by UPS, DHL or Postnord and you can choose between different delivery options. You can choose between delivery to your local post agent or delivery directly to the door at your specified address. The normal delivery time is 1-2 days but it depends on were you're located. We send out all orders, which are registered before 1 pm, the same day (NOT on weekends).

Order confirmation 

When you have completed your order at Anodefactory you will receive an order confirmation to the specified email address. 

Prices 

We reserve ourselves for any price deviations, delivery errors, sold out goods, printing errors, etc. because of human and technical errors as well as for example Currency changes and tax changes. 

Campaigns 

Our campaign prices are valid for a limited time and the last day of validity for the reduced price is always on the product page. Our outlet prices are valid until the product runs out of the warehouse. Offers available during our seasonal campaigns cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discount codes. 

Due to the high load during an ongoing campaign, we don't have the opportunity to cancel orders that have already been made. Any returns must be made after delivery. 

Discount codes 

Our discount codes only apply for limited time periods and may have special conditions linked to them. The codes can be limited so that they can only be utilized in connection with certain products, categories or brands. The discount codes cannot be combined with already reduced prices. 

Any discount codes you want to use must be stated during the purchase, before paying for the order. We can't add a discount code after the purchase. 

Unreleased packages 

The package remains with postal agents for 7 days from the day of arrival. After that, the package is returned to the sender. We reserve the right to charge the customer a shipping fee for a package that has not been collected from the agent. The freight charge (currently 85 SEK) refers to the cost of return shipping. 

Personal data 

The personal information you provide to AnodeFactory managed according to GDPR and with the utmost respect. With your consent, we use collected information to fulfill our commitments to you and provide the service you expect. We need your personal information for the following purposes: 

  • In order to be able to create a personal member account on AndodeFactory.com
  • In order for us to process your order and payment and be able to deliver it to you
  • To be able to notify delivery status, or contact you in the event of a problem with the delivery of your order
  • In order to send you interesting offers and other marketing via email and sms as well as information about events and campaigns

In our cookies and Privacy Policy you will find comprehensive information on how AnodeFactory handles personal data and what rights you have around them. By law, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you, and get information changed or deleted. For more information about it please read on in our Privacy policy here. 

Limitation of liability 

We take no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances outside the company's prevailing (Force Majeure). These circumstances may, for example, be labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from the supplier. 

We take no responsibility for indirect damage that can occur due to the product. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control. 


Returns and right of withdrawal 

Do you need to return an item purchased at AnodeFactory send information to support@anodefactory.com , please write "Return" as subject titlePlease note that the consumer always stands for the return shipping cost and ensures that the goods are properly wrapped. The consumer is responsible for the package (s) until it is received by AnodeFactory. Therefore, always save the receipt from the agent with the tracking number. The return should then be sent to:

In consumer purchases where the ordering of goods is made via the Internet, the consumer has a 30 -day right of withdrawal. Please note that we apply 14 days of return right to outlet goods. The right of withdrawal is valid from that day the consumer receives the product. Should the consumer use his right of withdrawal within these 30 days, the entire amount paid, SEK -85 will be refunded. The conditions for using the right of withdrawal should apply is that the goods are returned in original packaging and in the same condition as when the item was received. If the item has been mounted/installed/in use, the right of withdrawal does not apply. In order to take advantage of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be submitted to agent Within 14 days from the day you have applied for the right of withdrawal. 

Lack of original packaging can be leading to a depreciation, so to be sure of a refund of the entire amount it is recommended that the item be returned in original packagingThe cost of returning the goods stands for the consumer. 

If you receive an incorrectly delivered item, you must return it to us within a reasonable period to receive the correct item in exchange. The wrongly delivered item should be in unused and undamaged condition. We will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible, provided that the product is in stock or expected to arrive within a reasonable time. Otherwise, we will refund the amount to your account.

Refund of money 

Upon receiving the item, it will be inspected to ensure everything is in order, and the consumer will be refunded the full amount within 14 days, provided that the return has been notified to support@anodefactory.com. The refund can be withheld until the item has been received or proof of return is provided. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Note, the full amount may not be refunded if the item's value has decreased due to its condition upon return.

Warranty claim

Your purchase is protected by consumer purchase law, granting you a 3-year warranty period. To file a complaint for a product bought from AnodeFactory, email support@anodefactory.com with "complaint" in the subject line. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. AnodeFactory will promptly respond with a solution or provide a shipping label for the return. Complaints should be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect, ideally within 2 months.

If your complaint is valid, AnodeFactory will refund any shipping costs incurred for the return. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all transport costs, including return shipping after inspection. Always use appropriate packaging and keep the delivery receipt, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach AnodeFactory. Depending on the case, you might be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund, or discount. Complaints must be valid and not due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Note, AnodeFactory will not accept shipments sent without postage. If you've received the wrong products or your package is missing items, contact customer service immediately, preferably with your order number and photos of what you've received.
